I'd give it more than 3 stars, everything was wonderful. The food at continental breakfast was nice. The staff was lovely, and the rooms were nice. The good service and the attention to detail! It was in a great location just next door to Lista di Spagna. This hotel was in a fairly nice area near Grand Canal waterbus stop, train station and vaporettos and PUBLIC TRANSPORT.

I liked the place, it was clean & the staff were pleasant and welcoming. A lot of meals for breakfast, it was satisfactory. Magnificent location close to the island, bus stations, and Really close to Venezia Santa Lucia train station, I felt safe.

Glad I took twin/double room, it was nicely furnished and spotless. The location is particularly good, at a walking distance from a wide canal. And the area is very nice just next door to Venise at night, and railway station, airport coach terminus, Grand Canal, shops and restaurants.

Thanks, you are amazing! The room is nice, and the staff is lovely. It boasts incredible, excellent location just off the Rialto Bridge in 25 minutes. Need to be mentioned that there were a wide range of restaurants to eat, like All'aquila that was only 10 minutes' walk away.

The room I stayed in was well decorated, it had 1 queen-size bed. The continental breakfast had a lot of food. The location was relatively quiet - adjacent to railway and waterbus and the garden. The staff was especially helpful and caring, helped me a lot.

The hotel was situated close to many major sights and within 15 mins walk from rialto bridge. Il Golosone was 15 mins walk away. Walking distance to everything, because of a railroad station in the vicinity. The property was good value.
