The location was excellent in the outdoor * covered * garden and the staff here was lovely and wonderful. Besides, we were near to Venezia Santa Lucia train station and ferry stop and lots of restaurants. The breakfast was satisfactory and the parking was onsite.

I'd give it more than 3 stars, everything was wonderful. The food at continental breakfast was nice. The staff was lovely, and the rooms were nice. The good service and the attention to detail! It was in a great location just next door to Lista di Spagna. This hotel was in a fairly nice area near Grand Canal waterbus stop, train station and vaporettos and PUBLIC TRANSPORT.

The hotel was situated close to many major sights and within 15 mins walk from rialto bridge. Il Golosone was 15 mins walk away. Walking distance to everything, because of a railroad station in the vicinity. The property was good value.
